Here are some tips on how to stay awake all day and get your full 40 winks at night.

1.  Go to bed at the same time every night.

2.  Avoid stimulating activities (such as exercising) within 4-6 hours before bedtime.

3.  Avoid eating large meals or drinks especially decaffeinated or alcoholic beverages within 4 hours before bedtime.

4. Reserve your bedroom for sleep and relaxation, not work.

5.  Get up and do something if you wake up during the night and return to bed when you feel tired.  Lying sleepless in bed is frustrating and tiring.

6. Do a simple routine exercise to help you sleep better at night and boost your energy level during the day.

Cleansing cream is made from pure oil and water that dissolves dirt and make-up without over drying the skin.

Cleansing Milk is an oil in water mixture that functions similarly to a cleansing cream.

Special Cleansers are a pH balanced cleanser specially formulated to be as close as possible to the skin’s acidic balance.  A medicated cleanser contains antibacterial or anti-fungal agents.

Skin Tonic is a mild lotion that is applied after cleansing and before moisturizing.  It refreshes and stimulates the skin by removing residue left by the cleanser and temporarily plumps up the skin.

Astringent Lotion is a skin tonic suited to oily skin and helps remove excess grease.

Having the best bits of the PS3 (cell-processor, Blu-rya, Wi-Fi) but deleting the more arcane features (Linux OS, card reader, shiny exterior) allowed Sony to slice down the size and more importantly, the PS3 Slim, positioning it strongly against the Xbox 360 and the ever-popular Nintendo Wii.
